We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who can create campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and improve conversions across the US and Canadian markets.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute B2B email campaigns for Website Development, App Development, SEO, Paid Advertising and Social Media Marketing services.
• Build automated email workflows and nurture sequences.
• Write compelling subject lines and email copy that improve open rates and click-through rates.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.
• Analyse campaign metrics and continuously improve results.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align email campaigns with SEO, paid media and social strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
• Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with a data-driven approach to optimisation.
• Experience creating automation workflows and nurture campaigns.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing email templates is a plus.
• Previous agency or lead generation experience is preferred.
