The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in creating compelling and informative content that engages our target audience, generates leads, and strengthens our brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Envigo’s marketing goals and target audience.
- Create high-quality, engaging B2B content across various formats, including:
- Case Studies: Showcase successful client partnerships and highlight the tangible benefits of our services.
- Blog Posts: Write insightful articles on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and Envigo’s unique perspectives.
- White Papers: Produce in-depth reports and guides that address key challenges and provide strategic solutions for B2B marketers.
- Press Releases: Craft compelling announcements about company news, partnerships, and achievements.
- LinkedIn Posts: Develop engaging content for our company’s LinkedIn presence to foster connections, share insights, and build our professional network.
- Social Media Updates (Other Platforms): Create tailored content for relevant social media channels to broaden our reach and engage with specific communities.
- Paid Advertising Copy: Write persuasive ad copy for various online platforms to drive targeted traffic and generate qualified leads.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop engaging email content for newsletters, lead nurturing, and promotional activities.
- Website Content: Create clear, concise, and SEO-friendly content for our website pages to attract and inform visitors.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience needs to inform content development.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
- Edit and proofread all content to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in UK English.
- Assist in the distribution and promotion of content across relevant channels.
- Track and analyse content performance to identify areas for improvement and optimise future content strategies.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience (0-3 years) as a content writer, preferably with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for a business audience.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience in researching industry-related topics and synthesising information into compelling content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
