We are now expanding our sales team in India and looking for a sharp BD associate to drive growth. 

About the role
Envigo is looking for a Marketing Analyst to support its business development activities. You will be working with Envigo’s business development and pre-sales team, helping them with lead generation, lead nurturing, outbound lead generation and sales operations. 

Responsibilities

• Research, curate, and qualify prospect lists based on ICP (ideal customer profile)
• Support outbound lead generation efforts via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms.
• Draft and personalize outreach sequences using tools like Lusha, Linked helper and Sales Navigator 
• Maintain and update CRM systems to reflect real-time lead status.
• Tracking and reporting of performance via appropriate metrics and tools
• Help manage sales operations, including calendar coordination, lead management and proposal workflows.

Requirements 

• 0–2 years of experience in sales operation, lead generation or business development 
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand new industries or target personas.
• Familiarity with B2B outreach tools 
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive
• Excellent written communication and email drafting skills
• Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• A positive attitude to learn and adapt
